1. Membership Billing Policy
1.1 Membership Price. Bargain Club Shop currently offers one paid membership at $49 per month.
1.2 Automatic Renewal. Membership subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the next billing date. By purchasing a membership, the member authorizes Bargain Club Shop and its payment processor to charge the applicable recurring membership fee until the membership is cancelled.
1.3 Online Signup and Cancellation. Membership signup and cancellation occur online inside the Bargain Club Shop membership portal. Members are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if they do not want to be charged for the next billing period.
1.4 No Prorated Refunds. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not create a prorated refund for the current billing period.
1.5 First Subscription Payment Refund. A member's first subscription payment may be refunded if all of the following are true:
- the member requests the refund within 30 calendar days after initial signup;
- the member has not redeemed any redemption code; and
- the account has not been suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, chargeback, or violation of the Terms of Service or these Program Policies.
1.6 Later Subscription Payments. After the first subscription payment, membership fees are non-refundable unless Bargain Club Shop states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
1.7 Failed Payments. If a membership payment fails, Bargain Club Shop may suspend or limit membership access, drop eligibility, claim rights, Discord-related access, or other benefits until payment is successfully completed.
1.8 Chargebacks and Payment Reversals. Any chargeback or payment reversal initiated by a member may result in automatic termination of the member's Bargain Club Shop account and membership, without refund, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
1.9 Changes to Pricing or Benefits. Bargain Club Shop may change membership pricing, drop access rules, or membership features with notice where required. Continued use after a change takes effect means the member accepts the updated membership terms.
2. Product Return Policy
2.1 Return Window. Unless the applicable product listing states otherwise, eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days from customer receipt.
2.2 Product-Specific Return Rules. Each product listing may state specific return restrictions, final-sale terms, condition notes, defect rules, warranty notes, or other product-specific requirements. Product-specific rules shown on the product detail page apply to that product.
2.3 No Automatically Final-Sale Categories. No product category is automatically final sale solely because of the category. However, an individual listing may state that a product is final sale or subject to restricted returns.
2.4 Return Eligibility. To be eligible for return, a product must satisfy the return requirements stated in the listing and these Program Policies. Bargain Club Shop may require that the item be complete, undamaged, unaltered, clean, properly packaged, and returned with all included accessories, manuals, inserts, serial-number labels, packaging, and components.
2.5 Opened but Unused Products. Products that have been opened but not used may be returnable if they otherwise satisfy the return requirements. Used products are not returnable unless Bargain Club Shop determines that a valid defect claim applies.
2.6 Restocking Fee. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless Bargain Club Shop states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
2.7 Return Shipping. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless Bargain Club Shop states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
2.8 Return Authorization Required. Customers must contact Bargain Club Shop at admin@bargainclubshop.com before returning a product. Bargain Club Shop may refuse unauthorized returns, late returns, improperly shipped returns, or returns sent to the wrong address.
2.9 Inspection Required. Returned products are subject to inspection. Bargain Club Shop may deny a return, reduce a refund, apply a restocking fee, or return the item to the customer if the product is used, damaged, incomplete, altered, missing parts, missing packaging, mismatched by serial number, or otherwise inconsistent with the approved return request.
2.10 Refund Timing. Approved refunds will be processed after Bargain Club Shop receives and inspects the returned product. Refund timing may depend on inspection, payment-processor processing time, and the customer's financial institution.
2.11 Defective NEW Items. Defective-product warranty coverage applies only to items listed as "NEW." For an eligible defective NEW item, the buyer must first return the product to Bargain Club Shop and prepay return shipping. If Bargain Club Shop determines after inspection that the unit is truly defective and the claim is valid, Bargain Club Shop will refund the buyer for the product and the eligible return-shipping cost.
2.12 Items Not Listed as NEW. Items not listed as "NEW" may include "SHELF PULLS," "NEVER USED," "NEW OLD STOCK," open-box, clearance, liquidation, or similar product conditions. These items are not guaranteed unless the listing expressly states a specific guarantee.
2.13 Manufacturer Warranties. A product may be covered by a manufacturer warranty or other third-party warranty where applicable. Bargain Club Shop does not guarantee that any manufacturer warranty applies unless the listing expressly states that it does.
2.14 Return Abuse. Bargain Club Shop may refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges involving fraud, abuse, excessive returns, altered products, missing items, mismatched products, mismatched serial numbers, chargebacks, or violation of the Terms of Service or these Program Policies.
3. Shipping Policy
3.1 Accurate Shipping Information. Customers must provide accurate, complete, and current shipping information. Bargain Club Shop is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.
3.2 Address Restrictions. Bargain Club Shop may restrict or refuse shipments to PO boxes, freight forwarders, package forwarding services, reshippers, virtual mailboxes, temporary addresses, high-risk addresses, or addresses associated with suspected fraud, abuse, or policy evasion.
3.3 United States Shipping. Bargain Club Shop serves only United States customers at launch. Bargain Club Shop may restrict jurisdictions later if legal, tax, shipping, verification, consumer-protection, or operational requirements make service impractical.
3.4 Delivery Estimates. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carrier issues, weather, inventory processing, fraud review, address verification, payment review, supplier delays, insurance processing, or other operational reasons.
3.5 Signature Requirement. Purchases over $100 require an in-person signature on delivery unless Bargain Club Shop waives that requirement in writing or the carrier does not support it for the shipment.
3.6 Shipping Insurance. Bargain Club Shop will purchase shipping insurance where reasonably available and will manage shipping-insurance claims. Bargain Club Shop will not charge the customer a separate shipping-insurance fee.
3.7 Customer Cooperation. Customers must cooperate with Bargain Club Shop, the carrier, and any insurer in connection with damaged, missing, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Cooperation may include providing photos, packaging, affidavits, claim forms, police reports where appropriate, carrier communications, identity verification, or other information reasonably needed to evaluate or submit a claim.
3.8 Lost or Damaged Shipment Remedy. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit and Bargain Club Shop's shipping-insurance claim is approved and paid by the insurer, Bargain Club Shop will refund the customer after Bargain Club Shop receives payment from the insurer.
3.9 Claim Timing. Bargain Club Shop may require carrier confirmation, insurer approval, documentation, and completion of the insurer's claim process before issuing a refund for a lost or damaged shipment.
3.10 Reporting Shipping Issues. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and promptly reporting missing, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages to admin@bargainclubshop.com.
3.11 Refused or Undeliverable Packages. If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or undeliverable because of customer action or incorrect customer information, Bargain Club Shop may deduct shipping costs, return costs, restocking fees, carrier fees, or other related costs from any refund, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Drop and Claim Rules
4.1 Product Detail Page Rules. Product-specific drop rules will be stated on the applicable product detail page. Bargain Club Shop does not maintain a separate drop-rules page at launch.
4.2 Limited Quantity. Many Bargain Club Shop offers are limited-quantity offers. Availability may be limited by inventory, timing, account status, verification status, household limits, claim limits, or product-specific rules.
4.3 No Guaranteed Claim. Membership does not guarantee that a member will be able to claim or purchase any specific product. Drops may sell out quickly, and demand may exceed available quantity.
4.4 No Lottery or Gambling. Drops are not lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes, gambling products, games of chance, or prize promotions. Paying for membership does not buy a chance to win anything.
4.5 Release Methods. Bargain Club Shop may release products or product access through countdown timers, fixed release times, product pages, claim buttons, queues, redemption codes, email alerts, Discord announcements, Discord commands, or other mechanisms.
4.6 Access Rules May Vary. Drop access may vary by membership status, account tenure, verification status, prior claim history, product category, inventory level, fraud review, household limit, or other product-specific rules.
4.7 Claim Is Not Final Until Confirmed. A claim, queue position, redemption code, or checkout attempt is not final unless and until it is confirmed by Bargain Club Shop and, where applicable, payment is successfully completed.
4.8 Redemption Code Restrictions. Redemption codes may be single-use, time-limited, account-bound, non-transferable, product-specific, quantity-limited, and subject to cancellation. Codes may not be shared, sold, transferred, posted publicly, leaked, or used by anyone other than the member to whom the code was issued.
4.9 Cancellation of Improper Claims. Bargain Club Shop may cancel or revoke any code, claim, queue position, or order that is shared, transferred, sold, leaked, obtained improperly, used improperly, or associated with suspected fraud or abuse.
4.10 One Person and One Household Limits. Bargain Club Shop may limit offers by person, household, verified identity, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, phone number, email address, device, IP address, or other risk signals.
4.11 No Transfer of Claims. Claims, codes, queue positions, product access rights, and membership benefits are personal to the member and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, leased, sublicensed, shared, or otherwise provided to another person.
4.12 Errors and Corrections. Bargain Club Shop may correct product, price, quantity, discount, condition, inventory, claim, timing, or listing errors. Bargain Club Shop may cancel orders or claims affected by errors, unavailable inventory, fraud review, or operational issues.
5. Community Rules
5.1 Community Spaces. Bargain Club Shop may operate community spaces, including Discord channels, forums, chats, comments, announcements, educational sessions, alerts, and member discussions.
5.2 Discord Is Separate from Website Membership. Discord access is a community feature and is separate from the existence of a Bargain Club Shop website membership. A Discord restriction, mute, removal, or ban does not automatically cancel a paid website membership.
5.3 Community Conduct. Members must treat other members, moderators, staff, vendors, and community participants with respect. Harassment, threats, intimidation, personal attacks, doxxing, hate speech, scams, impersonation, spam, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
5.4 No Sharing Private Codes or Drops. Members may not share, leak, resell, transfer, or publicly post private redemption codes, member-only links, drop information, screenshots of restricted access, or other non-public Bargain Club Shop materials unless Bargain Club Shop expressly allows it.
5.5 No Selling Access. Members may not sell, rent, sublicense, transfer, share, or otherwise provide access to their Bargain Club Shop account, Discord access, membership benefits, claim rights, or redemption codes.
5.6 No Fraud or Scam Activity. Members may not use community spaces to promote fraud, scams, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, illegal products, account sales, deceptive practices, chargeback abuse, marketplace manipulation, or other prohibited activity.
5.7 Educational Content. Community discussions may include ecommerce, business formation, resale certificates, sourcing, product research, shipping, marketplace rules, and related educational topics. This content is informational only and is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice.
5.8 Moderation. Bargain Club Shop may moderate content, remove posts, restrict channels, revoke roles, mute users, suspend community access, or ban users from community spaces at its discretion.
5.9 Community Records. Bargain Club Shop may store Discord usernames, Discord user IDs, role information, moderation status, warnings, mutes, bans, reports, and related community records as described in the Privacy Policy.
5.10 Serious Conduct. Although Discord access is separate from website membership, conduct in a community space may still be considered when determining whether a member violated the Terms of Service, committed fraud, threatened users, abused the platform, or created legal or safety risk.
6. Anti-Fraud and Verification Policy
6.1 Verification May Be Required. Bargain Club Shop may require verification before allowing account creation, membership access, product claims, product purchases, high-value purchases, certain payment methods, or access to specific drops.
6.2 Verification Methods. Verification may include email verification, phone verification, payment verification, address verification, identity verification, fraud screening, manual review, or third-party identity checks.
6.3 Stripe KYC. Bargain Club Shop expects to use Stripe or Stripe-supported services for know-your-customer, identity-verification, payment-verification, and related anti-fraud screening. Stripe's own terms, disclosures, privacy policy, and verification flow may apply.
6.4 High-Value Purchase Threshold. For purchases of $500 or more, Bargain Club Shop may require enhanced identity verification.
6.5 Enhanced Verification. Enhanced verification may include a live selfie, facial comparison, document review, address verification, phone verification, payment review, or similar identity-confirmation process performed by Stripe or another third-party provider.
6.6 Separate Consent for Live-Selfie or Biometric-Style Verification. If live-selfie, facial-comparison, biometric-style verification, or similar identity screening is required, Bargain Club Shop will require a separate click-through consent before the applicable high-value purchase or verification event. Additional disclosures, consent language, retention terms, and provider-specific terms may apply.
6.7 Refusal or Failure to Verify. If a member declines, fails, or does not complete required verification, Bargain Club Shop may deny, cancel, or limit access to the applicable claim, purchase, membership feature, or account.
6.8 One Account Rule. Members may not create or use multiple accounts to bypass membership rules, claim limits, bans, fraud checks, verification requirements, drop restrictions, or household limits.
6.9 Prohibited Access Methods. Use of automation bots, VPNs, virtual credit cards, single-use or prepaid cell phone numbers, prepaid debit cards, disposable accounts, fake identities, account-sharing arrangements, or other tools or methods used to conceal identity, evade controls, or manipulate access is prohibited.
6.10 Address and Payment Restrictions. Bargain Club Shop may prohibit or restrict PO boxes, freight forwarders, package forwarding services, reshippers, virtual mailboxes, temporary addresses, disposable phone numbers, prepaid cards, mismatched billing and shipping details, or other high-risk patterns.
6.11 Household and Identity Enforcement. Bargain Club Shop may enforce limits by person, household, verified identity, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, phone number, email address, device, IP address, or other risk signals.
6.12 Manual Review. Bargain Club Shop may manually review accounts, claims, orders, payments, addresses, returns, chargebacks, shipping claims, and community activity for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
6.13 Cancellation for Fraud or Abuse. Bargain Club Shop may cancel claims, orders, codes, queue positions, membership benefits, or access rights that appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, automated, coordinated, inconsistent with drop rules, or inconsistent with the intended use of the service.
6.14 Account Termination. Bargain Club Shop may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for fraud, suspected fraud, chargebacks, abuse, risk signals, prohibited access methods, false information, identity manipulation, payment abuse, return abuse, community misconduct, or violation of the Terms of Service or these Program Policies.
6.15 No Refund for Fraud or Abuse Termination. If an account is terminated for fraud, abuse, chargeback, or violation of the Terms of Service or these Program Policies, the member is not entitled to a refund except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
7.1 Lawful Use Only. Members may use Bargain Club Shop only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, these Program Policies, product-specific rules, and applicable law.
7.2 No Platform Abuse. Members may not interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, reverse engineer, scrape restricted areas of, attack, test vulnerabilities of, bypass controls of, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Bargain Club Shop systems, accounts, claims, codes, queues, product pages, community spaces, or related services.
7.3 No Automation or Bots. Members may not use bots, scripts, browser automation, automated claiming tools, scraping tools, credential-stuffing tools, queue manipulation tools, or similar automation to access, claim, purchase, or monitor Bargain Club Shop services except where Bargain Club Shop expressly permits it in writing.
7.4 No Code or Claim Abuse. Members may not share, sell, transfer, leak, post, manipulate, reuse, or exploit redemption codes, claim links, checkout links, private product pages, queue positions, or membership-only access rights.
7.5 No Account Abuse. Members may not sell, transfer, rent, share, assign, sublicense, or allow another person to use their account, membership, claim rights, Discord-related access, redemption codes, or membership benefits.
7.6 No Misrepresentation. Members may not provide false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information to Bargain Club Shop, Stripe, shipping carriers, insurers, moderators, support personnel, or other service providers.
7.7 No Payment Abuse. Members may not use unauthorized payment methods, stolen payment credentials, mismatched payment information, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, dispute abuse, prepaid instruments used to evade controls, or other payment practices that create fraud or risk concerns.
7.8 No Return or Shipping Abuse. Members may not submit false defect claims, false return claims, false shipping claims, manipulated photos, altered products, swapped products, mismatched serial numbers, empty-box claims, missing-item claims, or other dishonest return or shipping-claim submissions.
7.9 No Harmful Content. Members may not submit, post, upload, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, invasive of privacy, harmful, or inconsistent with the Terms of Service or these Program Policies.
7.10 No Exploitation of Errors. Members must promptly report bugs, exploits, mistaken access, mistaken codes, pricing errors, claim errors, or security concerns to admin@bargainclubshop.com rather than exploiting them.
7.11 Enforcement. Bargain Club Shop may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts; cancel claims; cancel orders; revoke codes; restrict community access; refuse returns; refuse refunds; or take other action permitted by the Terms of Service, these Program Policies, or applicable law.
8. Policy Changes
8.1 Updates. Bargain Club Shop may update these Program Policies from time to time.
8.2 Posting. Updated Program Policies will be posted on the website or otherwise made available through the service.
8.3 Continued Use. Continued use of Bargain Club Shop after updated Program Policies are posted or made available means the member accepts the updated Program Policies, where permitted by law.
